- In California, in September of 2018, a UPS truck and a El Mexicano Taqueria food truck collided on Highway 99 in Fresno County, CA. Two SUVs were also part of the crash. - In Massachusetts, in June of 2018, a crash involving 3 cars and a UPS truck resulted in 3 people going to Cape Cod Hospital. The accident happened on Route 6, according to the Dennis Fire Department. - In Nevada, in June of 2018, an 8-year-old child was hit and killed when she was hit by a UPS truck at the intersection of Apache Rose Drive and Box Canyon Drive in Double Diamond. - In Michigan, in November 2016, a man was hospitalized after being in an accident with a UPS truck. The accident happened in Petoskey on Greenwood Road. - In Washington State in July of 2015, a Whatcom County Sherriff’s deputy stopped a runaway UPS truck with his patrol car. According to news reports the deputy saw the delivery vehicle weaving and crossing the centerline. He then drover alongside it and saw the driver was slumped over the steering wheel.
