Our client suffered permanent eye damage after using a defective hanging bow scale that he purchased on Amazon from October Mountain Products (OMP). After following OMP’s instructions for using the bow scale to test the draw strength of a bow, the mounting ring split open and flew off the product, striking our client in the face and left eye. - Archery Shop
- Scheel’s
- amazon.com
- eders.com
- octobermountainproducts.com
Amazon sold the defective bow scale to our client after it became clear that the product was dangerous.
