Three employees of Troxel Company in Moscow, TN suffered severe burns in an explosion yesterday. Two were airlifted to a Memphis area hospital for treatment of burns. The third was transported by ambulance.
Troxel manufactures welded steel tubing and fabricated components. Fayette County Emergency Management Agency Director Hunter Winfrey told FOX13 that the explosion occurred around 2:20 p.m. in the company’s ventilation system. The cause of the explosion is under investigation.
