A propane explosion seriously injured the owner of a popular Detroit food truck last weekend. Rashad Torrence, the owner of Detroit’s Original Seafood Truck, tried to light the truck’s fryer to serve food at a festival when a propane tank on the truck exploded. Torrence suffered second-degree burn injuries on his face, waist, and hands. The Torrence family set-up a GoFundMe page to help rebuild the food truck.
