Our explosion lawyers are looking at an explosion caused by a gas line rupture in a vacant PizzaFire restaurant at the shopping mall in Plantation, Florida, near the Fountains Plaza just outside of Fort Lauderdale. The blast has injured at least 23 people, two seriously. Luckily no deaths have been reported. An occupied L.A. fitness, next door to the suspected source of the blast, was where many of the injuries occurred. The two people who were seriously injured were taken to Broward Health Medical Center, one in the trauma center and another in the pediatric emergency room. Plantation General Hospital and Westside Regional Medical Center also treated patients. Other victims were treated and released at the scene.
