Trenton Apartment Fire Leaves Woman on Life Support

A woman is on life support after suffering from severe burn injuries caused by a fire in her apartment in Trenton on December 28. When firefighters responded to the apartment fire on South Lexington Street, they found Blondivia Harris, 60, lying outside her apartment after her neighbors had pulled her out of her flaming, smoke-filled apartment. The apartment fire caused sustained second and third-degree burns to much of her upper body.

She was initially taken to Humboldt Medical Center for treatment and later airlifted to Regional One Medical in Memphis where she is in critical condition on life support.Sources:
