A pool technician in the Baltimore suburb Roland Park sustained burns to the face when a leaking propane tank on a pool filter exploded.
An explosion lawyer can investigate to find answers. Below are some questions that need answers:
- Did a leaking propane tank cause the explosion?
- If so, why was it leaking?
- Does homeowner insurance cover burn injuries caused by a gas leak explosion?
- Can a technician sue a company for burn injuries?
- Can the maker of a propane tank be sued?
- Is there an explosion lawsuit if the technician was at fault?
An investigation by an explosion lawyer can find answers to these and other questions.
Crews from the Baltimore City Fire Department arrived at the house on Blythewood Rd. around 11:20 a.m. to find the injured worker who was treated at the scene and transported to a local hospital.
Baltimore fire officials are still conducting an investigation of the incident but told local media sources that it appears a leaking propane tank in the pool room exploded.
