An 18-year-old woman died in a fire at Sam’s Townhomes in Dickson, TN. Two other people were injured in the fire, which broke out just before 3 a.m. on Tuesday, at Sam’s Townhomes near the intersection of Spring and Olive streets.
One of the injured was airlifted to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. The other was transported by ambulance to Verizon Medical.
The 17-unit building suffered extensive damage displacing 50 residents. An investigation into the source of the fire is ongoing.
