A grandmother, mother, and child, all members of the same family, were killed in a horrible accident on Tuesday, February 9, 2016. The crash with a tractor semi-trailer in Crosby County, Texas took their lives and seriously injured three other family members. The accident took place on Highway 62/82 east of Ralls at 9:45 a.m. The semi was making a right turn onto BetaAg and the Buick carrying the family rear-ended it.
Three others in the car were seriously injured, including two children and one man; they are all at University Medical Center. One child is in serious condition, the other is in critical condition, and an adult is in satisfactory condition. The 69-year-old driver of the semi was not injured.
