Attorneys Eric Hageman is to co-chair a legal seminar, put on by the National Business Institute, titled “Negligent Entrustment in Auto and Trucking Injury Cases” on the 13th of April.

The seminar is designed to educate attorneys regarding Negligent Entrustment in motor vehicle cases addressing questions from both a plaintiff and defense perspective.
Some of the questions to be answered include: Who Can be sued for Negligent Entrustment? What qualifies as Permission? And, can you use a Tortfeasor’s Prior Driving History?
Eric Hageman is a Minneapolis-based trial lawyer who has handled wrongful death cases across the United States, with an emphasis on trucking litigation. In 2014 he won over $16 million for his clients against some of the largest trucking companies in the nation and has been voted a Minnesota Super Lawyer for eleven consecutive years. Eric has a national practice helping people injured or killed in a truck, bus, or other commercial motor vehicle collisions. He has also been an active member of the American Association of Justice (AAJ) Trucking Litigation Group, having served as faculty for several seminars.
