Our law firm is helping people with product liability claims involving the Zimmer Persona® knee replacement system.
Our clients suffered severe knee pain and underwent revision surgery to remove and replace recalled Zimmer Persona knee replacement products that were marketed for use without cement. The FDA and Zimmer, Inc. announced a recall of these products in March of this year following an increase in complaints of radiolucent lines and loosening.
We are a national product safety law firm, has successfully represented hundreds of people injured by medical devices, including those injured by Zimmer products in the early 2000s. More recently, the firm recovered millions for its Stryker hip clients.
