Taylor Farms has finally officially recalled some of its spinach products that may be contaminated with E. coli bacteria. Some retailers recalled this spinach days ago, including Target, Walmart, Sam’s Club and grocery stores operated by the Kroger company in Texas and Louisiana including King Soopers, City Market, Fry’s, Fred Meyer, Ralphs, Food4Less, FoodsCo, QFC and Smith’s.
“E. coli is an extremely dangerous pathogen,” said attorney Fred Pritzker, who recently won over $40,000,000.00 for clients injured by another product (call 1-888-377-8900 for a free consultation). “I have represented E. coli victims who developed hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS) and thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP), severe complications of an E. coli infection that can cause kidney failure, brain damage and death. Any product that tests positive for E. coli should immediately be recalled.”
