Pritzker Hageman product safety lawyers recently won over $40 million for people injured by another medical product. They are now available for a free consultation for hip replacement patients who want to know if they can sue Stryker Orthopedics, the manufacturer of recalled hip implant products.
“We have filed several lawsuits against Stryker on behalf of patients who trusted the company to provide safe, reliable hip implant products,” said Fred Pritzker, who is listed in the current edition of The Best Lawyers in America. “If you want to know if you have a case against Stryker, you need to contact my law firm for a free case review. A lawyer on our Hip Recall Law Team will talk with you at no charge.”
In June of 2012, Stryker Orthopedics, Inc. recalled its Rejuvenate and ABG II modular-neck hip stems due to possible fretting and corrosion, which can lead to metallosis (metal poisoning from chromium and cobalt). Metalosis can cause tissue death (necrosis), pain and/or swelling at or around the hip, osteolysis, formation of pseudotumors, infection and loosening of the hip implant.
“Many of our clients have had revision surgery to remove and replace the recalled Stryker products,” said Pritzker. “Our experience is that these surgeries are made far more difficult due to the tissue and bone damage from the chromium and cobalt poisoning.”
Fred Pritzker has a national reputation in the area of product liability. He recently spoke at Harvard Law School and Cornell University about product safety issues. He and our Stryker Rejuvenate recall lawsuit lawyers are representing patients nationwide.
