A 75-year-old man from Glencoe, Minnesota, died today. He was driving a Ford Windstar minivan that collided with a semi truck (Peterbuilt Conventional) at the intersection of U.S. Highway 212 and Minnesota Highway 22 (Chandler Avenue) in Glencoe, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. Our thoughts are with the family.
If the semi truck driver was at fault for the accident, the truck driver, the trucking company and others are legally responsible (liable) for the accident. This means that the family can file a wrongful death claim for compensation. For this to happen, the court needs to appoint a wrongful death trustee. This is usually a family member. Our lawyers can help you with this process and the lawsuit to recover lawful damages.
