Morgan’s Story 

Morgan’s commitment to advocacy and passion for helping others is what motivated her to become a personal injury lawyer. Her strong sense of empathy allows her to be a zealous advocate for her clients, treating their concerns with the same care and attention she would give to her own. 

By connecting with her clients and understanding their needs, Morgan provides skilled and compassionate legal guidance to injured people facing some of the toughest times in their lives. She prides herself on keeping an open line of communication to help her clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the legal process. 

After an injury, clients are often looking for someone to help them reduce their stress, not add to it. The legal process can be long, confusing, and heavily burdensome. My goal is to carry that burden for them and provide them some sense of relief.

Morgan has seen firsthand how difficult it is to watch a family member battle a serious illness. Advocating for her mother, who suffers from brain aneurysms and polycystic kidney disease, inspires Morgan to help protect others from being taken advantage of during their most vulnerable moments.  

After working on hundreds of cases, including burn injuries and a Listeria miscarriage Morgan finds it most rewarding when she can provide her clients with a sense of closure after what they went through. She is dedicated to holding big corporations accountable and advocating for policy changes that will keep others safe.

Personal and Family Life

Morgan grew up in small town Wisconsin where she graduated with a high school class of 42 students. As a proud first-generation law student, she is dedicated to advocating for those who lack access to legal services and representation.  

“One of my favorite sayings is, ‘As one person I cannot change the world, but I can change the world of one person.’ If I can make a substantial impact in even one person’s life, then that’s worth it to me.” – Morgan 

Winning a mock trial in her high school civics class was a pivotal moment that sparked Morgan’s interest in going to law school. She went on to graduate from the University of Minnesota with distinction, majoring in Sociology of Law, Criminology, and Deviance.  

After college, Morgan worked as a legal assistant at a personal injury law firm, gaining valuable experience in legal and medical terminology while building relationships with clients.  

Her hard work and determination led to a full scholarship at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude and earned the CALI award in Legal Analysis, Research, and Communication. She also achieved the highest grade in Professional Responsibility, highlighting her commitment to upholding high ethical standards as a lawyer. 

During her time in law school, Morgan’s extensive research and coursework in food law and healthcare compliance enhanced her knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework for food production, manufacturing, and consumption. This in-depth knowledge helped build the foundation for her practice at Pritzker Hageman, where she effectively represents clients sickened by contaminated food.    

As an editor of the 2023 Mitchell Hamline Law Review, Morgan authored an article, “Dobbsmacked by the Dobbs Decision: The Need for More Privacy Protection for Personal Health Information,” about the need for stronger protections of personal health information, which is particularly important for injury clients with extensive medical records. 

Throughout her education, Morgan participated in various legal clinics and organizations that fueled her passion to fight for the underdog.  

As a law student, she provided legal support to incarcerated individuals for the Legal Assistance to Minnesota Prisoners Clinic (LAMP) and drafted pro bono wills for the Alaska Legal Services Corporation (ALSC).  

During her undergraduate studies, Morgan studied abroad in Florence, Italy, where she interned at Oxfam Italia, an organization that works to end poverty and injustice through humanitarian aid. She also volunteered as a tenant advocate for HOME Line and as a court monitor for WATCH MN.  

In her free time, Morgan enjoys reading, watching the latest true crime documentary, and pursuing new hobbies.
