What Should I Do if I Think I Was Exposed to Hepatitis A?

Hepatitis A is a contagious liver infection caused by the Hepatitis A virus. Symptoms can include nausea, fatigue, abdominal pain, diarrhea, dark urine, and yellowing of the skin. If you purchased Fresh Thyme blackberries and have not been vaccinated for Hepatitis A, talk to your doctor to see if post-exposure vaccinations are needed. If you ate the berries implicated in this outbreak, you should get a vaccine as soon as possible.
