HOW TO APPLY FOR THE FOOD SAFETY SCHOLARSHIP:
Any student who fits the eligibility requirements listed above can apply for the Pritzker food safety scholarship. To enter, a student must submit two 300-500 word essays on two of the following topics:
A) What is the biggest food safety concern facing our country today? How do we combat it?
B) What aspect of food safety education do you feel is neglected in mainstream media? Why is this important?
C) What is the role of food safety education in the globalization of our world? How will this evolve with technological advances?
D) Have you experienced the adverse effects of foodborne illness first hand? What would you like to share about your experience?
For submission, simply email your essays and a signed content contribution agreement (as an attachment in PDF or Word format) to scholarship@pritzkerlaw.com. Include the following in your email:
- your full name
- your address
- the school you will be attending in 2016-17.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION:
The essay submission deadline is 12:00 midnight EST June 1st.
